I’m Shannon.
A Registered Nurse with 10 years of working in the Nursing Industry within specialties in acute care (hospital), dialysis, and hospice —and someone whose brain has never done well with rigid schedules.
For most of my career, I've been a travel nurse, which means I've spent more of my life in transition than out of it. Different cities. Different hospitals. A home that moves on wheels. I hid my symptoms well within my transient lifestyle. An ADD-pattern brain that needed systems to function.
The strategies I teach are come from evidence-based practices. They're the ones I implemented for myself when willpower stopped working and color-coded planners were collecting dust. Rhythm instead of rigidity. Categories instead of guilt-inducing to-do lists. Projects with real endings instead of endless lists.
